Working draft — this page has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and should be replaced with a finalized policy before OKAGE is used with real customer data in production.
OKAGE is developed and operated by TAMAMONO. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when your company uses OKAGE.
Account information (name, email), organizational data your company enters (brands, regions, locations, audit templates), audit responses and photos your team submits, and standard technical logs (sign-in activity, error logs) needed to operate the service.
Solely to provide the OKAGE service to your company: authentication, storing and displaying your audits and corrective actions, and improving reliability. We do not sell customer data.
Data is stored using Supabase (PostgreSQL and file storage), with access restricted by row-level security so that each company can only see its own data.
Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@tamamono.ca.
